type='text'>Roberta, concordo que achar o objetivo correto, eq...</title><content type='html'>Roberta, concordo que achar o objetivo correto, equacionar de fato o problema é o grande desafio do trabalho do planejador. Vou até mais longe, não vejo "gerar buzz, emboscar concorrente ou surpreender" como objtivos e sim como meios estratégicos para se atingir um fim. O objetivo real é como a causa que se esconde atrás das conseqüências.
